We are delighted to announce that Marija Nikolić joined our team as Head of Tax as of April 1.
Marija has more than 14 years of professional experience in tax advisory, gained while working at the international
consulting firm within the “Big 4,” Ernst & Young.
Throughout her career, she has been involved in tax structuring and planning projects, identification of tax risks, and
improvement of tax efficiency, as well as in managing tax audits and disputes. She also has significant experience in
broader legal matters, including corporate, commercial, and labor law.
Marija provides a wide range of tax advisory services to clients across various industries, including telecommunications,
IT, media, automotive, real estate, mining, and food production.
She has been an active member of the Foreign Investors Council`s Tax Committee in Serbia for the past seven years, as
well as a participant in working groups involved in drafting amendments to Serbian tax legislation.
We believe that her knowledge and experience will significantly contribute to the further development of our team and
to enhancing the quality of services we provide to our clients.
