IB Interbilanz Consulting & Audit Belgrade has its roots in Austria and has been providing advisory, accounting, and tax services since 1991, also in other countries. We are currently active in 9 countries – in addition to Serbia, in Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia, Ukraine, the Czech Republic  and Montenegro – in a total of 12 locations. Our clients in these countries are mainly international companies based in Germany or Austria.

IB Interbilanz Consulting & Audit d.o.o. was founded 19 years ago as part of IBD Group GmbH and provides a full range of auditing, tax consulting and bookkeeping services for more than 180 renowned international and domestic companies.

Gordana is a member of the Chamber of Certified Auditors of Serbia since 2010. In the same year, she joined the IB group. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of auditing, taxation, accounting, capital market and foreign trade. Gordana is also a member of the Association of Tax Advisors of Serbia.
Her current client portfolio includes various companies, production, wholesale, retail, construction, transport and financial services. Most clients are subsidaries of international groups.

Vladana Knežević – Head of Accounting and Payroll

Vladana joined the IB Group in 2018 and has more than 12 years of professional experience in the field of accounting.
Her current client portfolio includes large international clients from various manufacturing and service industries such as logistics and transportation, hotel management, pharmacy and the like.
Vladana is an active member of the Association of Accountants of Serbia and works closely with various institutions, both domestic and foreign, on improvement of accounting practise in Serbia.

Uros Vukomanovic – Head of Real Estate Advisory

Uros has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining our team, he worked at Soravia Real Estate Development as Managing Director. Previously, he also held the position of Managing Director at Colliers International and was responsible for several countries in the SEE region. Uros also worked at UniCredit Bank, as a relationship manager in the project financing department, as well as a valuation specialist in the collateral management department. With Colliers Internationals, he was involved in several large scale projects, from the largest retail portfolio valuation as buy side consultants in 2015, to several portfolio valuations for international clients, local Banks, as well as NPL portfolio valuations in Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro.
Uros is the owner of Calina Company, which has continued some of the long standing relationships, performing valuation work for international clients such commercial property valuations for Hystead Limited and Ashtrom, to valuations of portfolios of local companies such as Inpharm, etc. In 2020, Calina Company was also engaged to provide support for the valuations of the Agency for securities and deposits portfolio (with over 50 drive by and desktop valuations provided).
Calina Company is also approved as a valuation expert by KPMG and the National Bank of Montenegro, for the Asset Quality Review for the Banks KPMG will be auditing in the process to review the quality and adherence to international valuation standards.
