Yesterday, we successfully hosted another Working Breakfast – our internal initiative designed to bring teams together and improve everyday processes.
The meeting was opened by Vladana Kolinski (Head of Accounting Department and Partner), after which we explored two key topics through an open discussion:
- Optimization and Collaboration – Olga Glogovac (Head of HR and Business Administration) presented new approaches to administrative organization and internal procedures, with the aim of enabling faster and more efficient cross-departmental collaboration.
- Finance and Coordination – Ivan Ivanović (Head of Payroll Department) provided a detailed explanation of the tax treatment of goods and services taken from company assets for personal use, contributing to better alignment between the Accounting and Payroll teams.
Over morning refreshments and coffee, we also had a great opportunity to hold a Q&A session and exchange insights on everyday practical examples.
