Before joining Interbilanz, he held managerial positions in BIG4 as well as multinational companies. He possesses extensive experience in various industries such as telecommunications, media, real estate, manufacturing, renewable energy, gaming, and the software industry.

Olga Glogovac – Head of Human Resources & Office Administration

Coordination and supervision of HR & Office Administration Department

Olga Glogovac is Head of HR & Office Administration at IB Interbilanz Consulting & Audit doo Beograd. She is responsible for daily activities of the HR & Office Administration Department. Her duties also include planning of strategies for improvement of business cooperation.
Olga introduces employees to company rules, prepares and implements new rules and procedures regarding work performance and company development. She provides support to employees and communicates with the parent company and clients.
She joined the IB team in 2018 and has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of business administration and translation. She takes care of compliance with company policy and regulations that have been adopted, as well as ensuring that they are in accordance with current legislation.
Her previous experience with multinational companies, as well as her communication skills, team work, constant self-improvement and dedication towards fulfilment of duties, enables her to provide qualitative services to our domestic and international clients, and contribute to the company’s success.

Uros Vukomanovic – Partner, Head of Real Estate Advisory

Uros has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining our team, he worked at Soravia Real Estate Development as Managing Director. Previously, he also held the position of Managing Director at Colliers International and was responsible for several countries in the SEE region. Uros also worked at UniCredit Bank, as a relationship manager in the project financing department, as well as a valuation specialist in the collateral management department.

With Colliers Internationals, he was involved in several large scale projects, from the largest retail portfolio valuation as buy side consultants in 2015, to several portfolio valuations for international clients, local Banks, as well as NPL portfolio valuations in Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro.
